Two days before the Passover, Jesus had dinner at the home of Simon the Leper. As he sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly oil. She poured the oil on Jesus’ head.

God designed essential oils extracted from the resin of certain trees to help support reflection and prayer. When a cut is made into a resin producing tree, resin seeps out to help heal the wound. Just as the resin heals the tree, the oils are helpful for healing wounds of an emotional nature.
